Complex Product Development

We’re super proud of some recent work we’ve completed in collaboration with Micro-X on the design and development of their innovative new Miniaturised Baggage Scanner (MBS).

Our team has worked closely with Micro-X’s scientists and engineers to create a product that outperforms current scanning systems in a smaller footprint, whilst helping speed up passenger throughput by automating carry-on luggage scanning.

This project highlights the intertwined nature of UX/UI, industrial design, mechanical engineering, technology and Design For Manufacture in a complex product development.

We’re hopeful the MBS allows Micro-X to create a serious paradigm shift within the travel industry.
